Our Founder
Addison Archer Barrow is the Founder and CEO.
Her passion for helping others started early volunteering through River of Life with her hometown church in Valdosta, GA supporting underprivileged elderly.
That foundation of service evolved in to hands-on disaster response leadership in 2017, when she co-organized a community-driven recovery effort to the Albany, GA tornadoes disaster. She mobilizied volunteers, coordinated supply distribution and supported cleanup efforts for storm impacted families, gaining firsthand experience in the urgency, logistics and coordination required during disaster response.
Addison earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Valdosta State University, bringing analytical discipline and problem solving skills to her work. After relocating to the Florida Panhandle, she began her full-time career in disaster relief, working directly in environments where preparedness, rapid deployment and reliable supply chains are critical.
Inspired by the operational gaps she witnessed during emergency response efforts, Addison founded Blue Palm Solutions in 2023 to provide dependable disaster supply support to agencies and communities preparing for and recovering from severe weather events.
As the Walton County FL Board Member of the American Red Cross, she continues her lifelong commitment to serving storm victims and vulnerable communities.
Addison’s leadership combines compassion with operational readiness, ensuring Blue Palm Solutions remains grounded in service while focused on preparedness, reliability and impact.
